Our Work

Our work

We are centralizing the research being done around the psychology of technology by creating a network of world-renowned scientists and researchers from across different disciplines who are all studying the impact of technology on society. By connecting researchers with each other and encouraging new collaborations across academic institutions and technological organizations, we seek to enhance and improve existing research being done on the psychological impact of emerging technologies. The second aim of our work is to disseminate this higher-quality research to technology companies, policymakers, and the general public, and to inform and elevate the public discourse around the future of technology.

Our activities include monthly Tech Talks, annual conferences, retreats, our membership program and our postdoctoral scholar program. We create exclusive content in the form of video essays and interviews with experts, thought leadership pieces, lists of relevant resources, and a biweekly newsletter with insights from the Institute as well as curated selections of news, opinion pieces and academic research.
